Don't know if you ever saw Superbad, but as a fan of Kick-ass I thought you might want to know McLovin (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) will be the Red Mist in the Kick-ass movie. He revealed this on Conan O'Brian last Thursday.
Thanks for registering sir. The help is much appriecitated. Sorry if your young friend didn't have fun at Clix, let him know that this Saturday all we will have is free comic books.
yes, Fortitude stops powers from being countered while your King ignores powers. Ignoring powers and countering powers are two different things in HeroClix. For example, Power Cosmic says powers can't countered yet if the feat card Disbanded is in play powers on a Power Cosmic character can be countered because the feat says "All team abilities are ignored." Your King is ignoring powers not countering them so he could not have to ignore the Fortitude unless he wanted to be able to Outwit the character. He could use his king roll to ignore fortitude and then outwit Impervious so that the other characters could then attack the character who no longer has Impervious. Or your king could just ignore the Impervious.
It's the rookie Spiderman. for purposes of theme teams, it will be treated as if it's bystander token. Your figures don't have to share a keyword with it. It won't add to dice to see who goes first and it won't add to your probability control rolls, but can be the figure that is given the token for a theme team PC roll.-
No HeroClix due to a big WOW CCG tournament in which Glenn says he'll 20 or more players. Hopefully, Glenn will actually have twenty players at this one. Last time he held on of this, I went in to get my comic books, he only had four, though he did have six players for WOW last Saturday, and there was six players for HeroClix so it was pretty crowded in the store last Saturday. (And I finally remembered to bring your Sentry that I traded to you, and you weren't there.)
Next tournament is April 4th, 5pm Saturday. The prize is a the Spiderwoman chase from Secrect Invasion.
what, is Jarvis going to be Superman Prime's girl friend? I know they are transsexual, but that is just creepy. Sure I will let you borrow him, but go easy on me, that way I can trade my second riddler for your second Grood.
Aw Jimmy Woo (Oh, that guy on the far left is supposed to be Jimmy Woo, by the way), why do you have to spoil Ken “Gorilla Man” Hale’s fun? If Marvel Boy doesn’t mind having a miniseries with the word “Uranus” in the title, why not let him? Anyway, it looks like everyone finally [...]

NBC’s Chuck: The Complete Second Season hits the stores today on DVD and Blu-Ray. Go buy it.
Chock full of geek humor, clever homages and plain, old-fashioned great characters, Chuck is the story of a brilliant-but-underachieving retail employee who becomes conscripted to work for the government when a top-secret intelligence-gathering computer is downloaded into his brain, leaving the [...]

This was more like it. To make up for, what I felt were lackluster efforts in the previous two weeks, I decided to bring some action, a recap panel, and two tiers of bonecrushing action.
