DC Comics "AFTER" Watchmen Website Launched! UPDATED

DC comics has just launched their own Watchmen website with stuff from both the GN and the upcoming movie. They also have a link to read the first issue free.

UPDATED (3-14-09):

DC has followed up with a program for people who enjoyed Watchmen and wish to seek out new material. The 1st phase is the launch of a new area on the Watchmen website. Phases 2 and 3 are a combined internet advertising campaign and print campaign. We will be ordering reduced 1st issue reprints of the following titles (releasing in the next 4 weeks)

Preacher #1
Identity Crisis #1
Planetary #1
Saga of the Swamp thing #21 (1st Alan Moore) (already shipped)
Transmetropolitan #1

These books have been chosen by DC as representative of some of the material that may interest fans that enjoyed watchmen. We will be planning our own campaign later in the month as more material is released. If you have a non-comic fan of the Watchmen you know then give them the heads-up and tell them to stop by.

Cool, this is one of best graphic novels ever written, I hope the movie is just as good.

It couldn’t have happened to a nicer two issues of [...]

Comics Grinder: Fall Out Toy Works

We have an appropriate comic to consider this holiday season, a story involving a toy maker. But this story is not as sweet as it may seem, as often is the case with the good stuff. Fall Out Toy Works is an unusual comic. If you follow Comics Grinder, you know I’m a huge fan of [...]
